And yes, surprising to find here this song to illustrate this theme basket (basketball) ….

The biggest « challenge » of this theme, a little more « original » than usual, is there, at the musical level.

So ? Why « Emile’s eyes »?

It is quite simple: it was the Anthem of the French basketball team during Euro 2015!

It is a funny choice, which leaves a little … voice, but that amuses more than one. FIBA asked each group to choose a song to air before their meeting in this Euro 2015. And France has slipped the title of an unexpected hymn: « In the eyes of Emilie » by Joe Dassin reworked by harmony of Pomarez, a Landes fanfare.

Before the matches of the Blues, the song reason in the spans of the stadium. For the story, in Montpellier, the harmony of Pomarez even came in the stands to interpret his piece.

And if I share with you the version of Pomarez, I do not resist the urge to listen in the stride the original 😉
